Originally from Croatia and now based in Germany, I work as the Logistics Director for the company of Fielmann Group, a major eyewear company in Europe. I obtained my Master's in Economics from the University of Zagreb and later pursued an MBA at the Frankfurt School. I began my career at METRO Cash & Carry, and assumed the role of Store Manager at an age of 26. Transitioning from a dynamic sales-focused role, I pivoted to operations at Wayfair, ultimately taking the role as the Senior Manager leading the order fulfillment department.I now focus on supporting, mentoring and developing my teams, drawing from my experiences to guide new managers.
